- Offer alternative travel dates or routes of a similar standard and budget, if provided by the airline.
- Provide you with options depending on availability and time constraints:
- Accept the modified arrangements, or
- Choose an alternative trip of equivalent value (subject to availability). This new booking will be treated as a separate purchase, and we will assist you in seeking a refund or compensation for the original trip.
- If the airline permits, we will do our best to secure a full refund for the cancelled trip.
- Note: These provisions apply only to adult travelers. Infants or minors may not be covered under the same policies.
- (a) Airline Cancellation Rules: For any flight ticket cancellation or date change, the airline’s cancellation policy will apply.

- Any change, transfer, or cancellation (including flight + hotel packages) may incur charges up to the full ticket price, including all fees and taxes.

- Refunds may be requested only if all of the following apply:
- The fare rules allow cancellation/refunds
- The booking is not a no-show
- We obtain a waiver from the airline or supplier
Once a cancellation request is submitted to our customer care team, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email—this does not confirm a refund. We then work with the airline/supplier as per fare rules to process it.Refund processing time: 4–6 business weeks.
